Sore Quads

Hey, my quads are really sore, mostly when I sit down, get up, and climb the stairs. I worked out two days ago, same as I normally do, I stretched before hand, and did everything I normally do. I haven't exercised since, cause I don't want to hurt them more.

 

Any ideas whatss going on, and how to get rid of the pain/soreness??

Hi Stacey,

One thing that help reduce the amount of soreness for me is the treadmill.

After squatting, I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill walking uphill.

I also do the same the next morning.

If I don't treadmill, my legs are worthless for at least 2 days.
