Ilurvebroccoli
Hey, my quads are really sore, mostly when I sit down, get up, and climb the stairs. I worked out two days ago, same as I normally do, I stretched before hand, and did everything I normally do. I haven't exercised since, cause I don't want to hurt them more. Any ideas whatss going on, and how to get rid of the pain/soreness?? Thanks,Stacey
Jason
Hi Stacey,One thing that help reduce the amount of soreness for me is the treadmill. After squatting, I spend 30 minutes on the treadmill walking uphill.I also do the same the next morning. If I don't treadmill, my legs are worthless for at least 2 days. GinaKina
I want to add that, even when my quads are already sore, walking or running helps a lot, even though it seems counterintuitive.
Marcina
I can workout my quads until I pass out but they never get sore. Kinda weird.. My hams are a totally different story though.
