CollegeB
I like mine as well. for some reason pushups on the floor are agonizing for my wrist, the perfect pushup alleviates that.
Richard
I use bars like theses: http://everybodyfitness.com/images/pushupbar.gif Is there much difference between this and the "perfect push up"? I find these to be good because the wrist is straight, so the joints don't get strained, and you can also go down further to get better range of motion of the chest. Rob
I would get rings over the perfect pushups - you can do the same movement with the added benefit of a major stability challenge. It just depends if you have a spot to put them up in your house.

sosso
what are rings? lol http://www.crossfitkids.com/images/uploads/Entry/img_2359_3.jpg You could also use an exercise ball for the extra challenge of stabilizing. Under the hands would be similar, but I'd guess not quite as challenging as ring pushups (correct me if I'm wrong).

pazios2002
I use akrowheels they are in my opinion a cross between the perfect pushups, the rings and the push up stands. Plus in most cases they are half the price of the rings. The advantage of the rings is that you can move them up (shorten them) you can do dips with them. http://www.akrowheels.com/index.html/ doing the dips. these are the actual rings in the previous reply
