perfect pushups

Recommended Posts

I use bars like theses:

Is there much difference between this and the "perfect push up"? I find these to be good because the wrist is straight, so the joints don't get strained, and you can also go down further to get better range of motion of the chest.

i would go with these over perfect pushup for sure. they are more affordable and will probably last longer.

You could also use an exercise ball for the extra challenge of stabilizing. Under the hands would be similar, but I'd guess not quite as challenging as ring pushups (correct me if I'm wrong).

I use akrowheels they are in my opinion a cross between the perfect pushups, the rings and the push up stands. Plus in most cases they are half the price of the rings. The advantage of the rings is that you can move them up (shorten them) you can do dips with them.

doing the dips.

these are the actual rings in the previous reply
