Will try to get more regular, recovering from Knee Surgery... So been slow, eating fairly clean. Finding alternative cardio methods besides running and stairs my favorites.. Lifting semi regular.. Need to get remotivated.

Have a quick recovery. Don't over do it; you don't want any set backs. Eat right!

Protein ranging between 75 - 100 grams, caloric intake consistantely under a thousand. Planning ona cheat on Thanksgiving day... Anyone have any great vegan recipies for that day..? Look like Im cooking for about 15..

 

Vegan tapioca mango pudding, with coconut milk, and maple syrup, I used frozen mango chunks, and it was well received at an omnivore pot luck.
