Nathan Nearing
I don't know how long it's been out, but President's Choice (Loblaws) has a product called Vegetable Protein. It's a mix of (unfortunately) soy, hemp, rice, and pea. There is one more ingredient that I think is an additive, but I'm not sure what it is. I'll post it when I can read the label again (there in no product info online). It looks like it's about 3 pounds or a little more, and it's only $20. I wouldn't get it personally, but I'm glad such a large brand is carrying such a product. I'll post a picture and some Nutritional/Ingredients info when I'm working next. CollegeB
I dont know about the ratios on the protein you mentioned, but you could make such a mixture up at trueprotein.com. I think it probably would cost about the same though. I did get 4 lbs of gemma and hemp (70/30) mixed for 28 bucks and then it's another 10 for shipping. Fallen_Horse
I really don't think trueprotien.com can be beaten as far as price goes. Although Ultimate Nutrition has their wheat protein powders that are nearly as cheap ($7.50/lb for 3 lbs, then $6 shipping) and those are tasty enough as well... Nathan Nearing
Shipping to Canada is like $25 for 2-3 pounds, so Trueprotein becomes a not so great deal for me. It's actually cheaper for me to get NitroFusion from Bodybuilding.com or just go to my local Popeye's and get Heartland Gold's Brown Rice Protein.
