Guest Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 You can always make your own. Vegan Powdered Sugar2 cups raw sugar or Sucanat cup corn starchBlend sugar and corn startch until powdery. Scrape ingredients from the sides as needed until all ingredients are fully blended. Will last for months if stored in an airtight container. VeganEssentials Posted December 12, 2005 Share Posted December 12, 2005 This all depends on how you stand on bone-char processing - some brands use it, some don't, but if you don't worry about that process then anything powdered should be adequate. If you're concerned about bone-char processing, look for a brand such as Hain as they have an organic powdered sugar that's made so you don't have to worry about this issue.
