According to the instrcutions on my package you should take 1 serving (5 grams) right after workouts, then two hours later and one serving in the morning the day after a workout. Nathan Nearing Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 I take 5g of Glutamine with 5g of Creatine in orange juice after a workout. It really helps speed up my recovery time. Make sure you get the Vegan stuff, anyone who is thinking of using it. I've been hounding companies to know which brands I can and cannot consume.
