I've been a vegan for over a year and a half (2 1/2 vegetarian). My fitness quest all started off while traveling to Thailand and staying at various Muay Thai camps a few years back.

I haven't been practicing any Muay Thai lately due to bad knees. I've been more into my health and fitness. Basically Core and strength training.

It was cool, yesterday I went to the Vegfest and I got to meet robert. It was good to meet him. I needed some inspiration, been getting a little lazy these days. Plus he gave me a bunch of free samples from Vega. Which I use on a regular basis. Stoked.

That's aboot it. Off to the gym.later
