New from Michigan

Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums here. This is my first post.

 

I've been vegan almost exactly a year and a half. I was vegetarian for a few years before that. I've been lifting off and on for the last 3 and a half years. I was only vegetarian when I first started. I didn't really get super into it until about 3 months ago. Since then I have gone from weighing 155 pounds to 170.5 pounds as of last weekend. My body fat is at about 5.5% according to my brother's thing that measures body fat.

 

I'm not sure what my max is on the bench press right now. 3 years ago my max was 155. I just got back from the gym and did 155 pounds- 3 sets of 10 without a spotter.

 

I've definitely come a long way looking back but I've still got a long way to go. haha

 

I'll try to get some progress pictures up or something.
