The sledgehammering is going well, my technique is getting better and my forearms aren't completely dead anymore, like they were the first couple times. This is a killer workout if you go all out on every round. Best of all it is incredibly fun. Just go in to the woods and find some fallen trees, mounds of dirt, etc.


I bought a sledge at Home Depot and it broke the first time out, so I went to Sears and bought a fiberglass one that is guaranteed forever.
