Hey everyone hope you all can help me out, here are some before photos, kind of crappy ones but you get the idea, I need help getting bigger and more muscles, but also leaning out the gut area alot!!! Any help will be greatly appreciated, my training and diet log has been posted as well!!! Thanks again!!!

What is your height, weight, body fat percentage, and activity level? Assuming you are vegan. What kind of workouts are you currently doing?

 

 

My height is 6'3", weight is 219, and according to my hand held bf thing it is 17.5% I workout 6-7 days a week,& I am almost all Vegan except for my whey protein which is almost gone, my workouts are posted in the log section, thanks for looking!!

Thanks you 2, andyclimbs, yes so far my traing has been posted, I am right now doing a 6 week program with 1 week being a heavy week followed by a light week, then repeat, don't know what I am going to do after this, so any suggestions would be great!!!

 

MaryStella, glad you stopped by, I replaced the Whey with Brown Rice Protein, currently mixing it with soy milk, only way I can get it down@!!! No really I am starting to actually like it!!!! Hope the pictures werent too big, couldnt get it shrunk down!!

cool I'm the same height too 6'3.5" (used to be 6'4" but gravity's a bit*#)

I'm currently at 235LBS

 

I should really post pics too. I'm just way too bashful about it for some reason. Kudos to you for posting. I'll work up the courage soon.

 

With your workouts, you'll be seeing great results for sure!!!
