I would like to lose weight

I want to build up a good body but don't want that macho man look. i just want to be fit and strong, so what step are good for me to follow. Can some one guide me the tips for good health.


I want to monitor my eating habits as well, i am a veggy and so any tips on energy giving vegetables and diet shall bwe welcomed

We can be most helpful if we know a little bit about your current fitness/nutrition regimen, and about your own athletic ability.

Building muscle and cardio are both important, as well as a balanced diet, but it's hard to give much direction without knowing exactly what you're looking for.
