xjohanx
Hahahaha wtf, is there one thread where you haven't posted your picture?Just because something works for you doesn't mean it works for everyone. You might have a good looking body but not hot enough for me wanting to see it in every thread on this forum.
xjohanx
When's the last time ya saw a 50 yr old built like this? About every time I see my dad who pays no attention to his diet whatsoever. He bikes to work sometimes and take walks with the dogs. Then he fries up some good ole steak with butter and cream sauce. Do you think I should post pics of him in every thread as proof that his diet/lifestyle works?
chrisjs
Guess I'm kind of skeptical of people talking about nutrition and fitness and not bein able to see em. I wanna see what somebody's philosophy is producin, preferably very long term since most serious disease takes decades to develop. To me, postin a pic shows what you've accomplished with your point of view and shows your weaknesses (granted luck or misfortune is in the equation too: I have a movement disorder which is why my posture is tilted a bit.)I'm getting tired of you feeling the need to take a dump in every thread by hijacking the topic.http://i207.photobucket.com/albums/bb25/ToyMachine1o1/STFU-Arnold_Schwarzenegger.jpg

Alejandro The Vegan
I been away for quite some time. I'm glad so many people are contributing to my post. Thanks. I told you guys this was a sensitive issue and that I wasn't trying to take shots at anyone in particular. Call me old fashioned, call me an anarchist or whatever but I'm not all on board this "go green and organic" corporate ploy. I call bullshit. first of all I'm highly skeptical of anything on billboards, commercials and other marketing campaigns telling me to do stuff. I watched that movie FOOD Inc. the other day, great movie but It really annoyed me how that organic yogurt CEO guy was talking about how its good to sell to Wal-Mart and that it shouldn't matter what they "represent" he said something along the lines of "as long as you get your product of their shelves you are changing the world and the way people eat" or some B.S. crap like that. Meanwhile Im thinking, Wal-Mart doesn't allow their workers to join Unions and they have a horrid record with their employees pay, benefits and holidays. crypto
great thread Alejandro. i think the corrupt forces of the world will latch onto any cause or label (as a front) as long as it can benefit their agenda. it is extremely frustrating, but im glad to see that there are those of us with the awareness to call bullshit. we have the power to make informed choices and help others to do so as well.
