chewybaws Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 (edited) My girlfriend was kind enough to take progress pictures of me last night The before pictures are from 2 months ago, really just when I started exercising again (16th April 2009)...I must've been just over 145lbs I think.The progress pictures on the right are from yesterday (18th June 2009). 156lbs I'm only 2 weeks into the Stronglifts 5x5 Beginner programme (Training log here - http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=18133), a few weeks before this I was doing mainly compound and bodyweight exercises (most of which are in stronglifts). The first 4 weeks I didn't have a clue what I was doing...started off with random bodyweight exercises....picked up a dumbbell set and doorway pull up bar. Stupidly tried going right into isolation and body group exercises. I only got my nutrition sorted out the last 4 weeks ago, but been sticking to this pretty well So yeah, 2 months ago -> Yesterdayhttp://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j287/chewybaws/biceps.jpg http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j287/chewybaws/back.jpg http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j287/chewybaws/front.jpg The posing's a bit different in each picture, but you get the idea. Arms are getting bigger (which wasn't hard to be honest - look how skinny they were before!!!). The flash on the camera kinda ruined the picture of my back, it's just bright white instead of any definition...the pictures without the flash were too blurry).
