CLIF Builder's Bars

I buy a lot of them but I try to keep them on my person as a last resort, when I can't get any other protein supplements. I try not to eat more than 1 per day but I think that's too much with all the sugar, chocolate, and soy. I hear macrobars are better (quoting Paul Shapiro of HSUS- take your problems up with him. ).

"Real" food is always preferable to a bar. I like to use bars as a "last resort" when I need to eat but don't have any food around.

I do eat and really like Larabars, I did a raw food diet for 3 months a couple years back. I'll invest in some more larabars instead of regularly buying soy/chocolate/sugar-filled Builder's bars. Although I do enjoy the Builder's bars as a snack at work a couple hours before my workout (once in a while), it seems to help me out.
