vivalasvegans
If you have a real bike, you could just get a trainer to stick it on over the winter, or you could invest in a real bike and a trainer. The roller kind of trainers are relatively cheap. That way you have something to ride when you wanna take it outside. You can also hook your bike up to a cycling computer to get the stats you want. If you do ride on a trainer, you might want to actually use cycling shorts more than you would on the road...
aryan
Sorry I don't have any advice for you JW; I've never bought an exercise bike. I just wanted to suggest that you not eat while working out... if it's not a problem for you go ahead but I have done this and ended up feeling sick to my stomach and not being able to work out for much longer. I now try not to eat for 30-60 minutes before a work out.
JW
I've found the same thing aryan...especially if it's high intensity... made that mistake a couple times and almost lost it on the gym floor
