Right now i workout three times a week - weight training, and two times a week - aerobic training. My focus now is on bodybuilding, and i am wondering if i should buy a Multivitamin. Don't forget to get your omega's and for that I would suggest some Flax Oil or seeds whichever you prefer. I recommended this due to the fact that bodybuilders and vegans need larger amounts of calcium to keep both strength up.
