How many calories are you consuming on a typical day?

 

Are you active at all right now?

 

Right now it looks like you have very little muscle mass and you store fat in your abdomen, which most men do. I'd start with lifting a couple days a week, and doing cardio on seperate days.

 

How often you should train at the beginning depends on your current level of fitness. If you're used to doing activity, you can do more per week, but if you're a sedentary guy you should probably start off slower.
