Vegan Cutting Diet?

Helloo everybody. I was hoping that if I gave you a list of the foods that I eat that maybe you guys could help me design a good vegan cutting regimen with an awareness of digestive health.

 

I mainly eat:

 

Black Beans

Garbanzo Beans

Brown Rice

Quinoa

Nuts of all kinds except peanuts

Vegetables of all kinds

A little fruit

Flax seeds

Olive Oil

Grapeseed Oil

Hemp milk, butter, protein when I can afford it.

 

I am 5'11" about 165 - 170 lbs...I do cardio frequently and am a drummer, so I get a good workout out in most days. I also do calistenics. Is it cool to cut while only doing a calistenics program and running/a lot of cardio work? Or do I need to go to a gym? I don't really have time for the gym.

 

What kind of cardio would you recomend for a cut? How much?

Eliminate the non whole foods like the oils. watchout even for the whole fats sources as calories from fatty foods ad up super quick. Oils are the worst though, two table spoons of oil is about the same as a cup of cooked grain or legume. The whole grain and legume will help fill you up and give you nutrition while the oil won't do much good
