Hi there,

 

I am a little out of shape but anyway I want to know what you think about my back. I need to define the muscles a little bit more I guess...

this is an easy one. your lats look good, but you look like you neglect the upper and middle of your back. you need to do some bent over (45 degree or parallel) barbell rows. do that once or twice a week and you'll be fine. or you could do barbell rows one day a week and lat pulldonws / pull ups the other day. if it were me i would do barbell rows twice a week.

Hey, thank you for your suggestions! My english isn't good thus I don't understand what you mean with "bent over barbell rows"...

You look like you have excellent ab and arm potential, which just happens to be my favourite parts of the male physique.

Swimming and Kung Fu were the sports i did, too, when i had more time... now i concentrate on BB, but probably not for ever.

 

Yes, Kung Fu is really great: I was a student at the german shaolin temple: www.sltd.de here in Berlin! Real monks, good training! Now I am concentrating on BB too because I had a knee injury
