I noticed your back before and meant to say something..........it is incredible!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for more pics of it! I love the detail! I studied anatomy for years and it's so cool to see all the different muscles popping out all over your back with incredible definition.

Looking pretty amazing dude!

and my shoulders.. They're what keeps me going when I don't feel like working out.. I guess they're not that special but still just looking at them makes me more motivated..

veganpotter took this yesterday at his house.

I've been back to training consistently for one month I took almost a year off to work on my books.

I'm still small and lighter than I'd like but working on it again...back in the game.....

  • 3 weeks later...

And upper body.

I made my return to bodybuilding just a couple of months ago and I'm having so much fun! More fun than perhaps anytime in the past half decade when it comes to training. Loving it!

Me and another vegan muscle guy named Gary. I think he's on the forum. Just don't know his screen name. Taken a week ago in San Fran:

Thanks CF!

For my chest I do lot's of press-ups, wide dips, flat/incline/decline benches for dumbell and barbell presses and dumbell flyes, cable flyes, high pulley (for high pulley I cross at shoulders for upper chest, and at waist for lower chest as well as a normal chest level crossover) and low pulley cable crossovers, and of course pec deck and chest press machines. I just constantly mix it up.

Another one from today:
