Saw no -one had replied so thought I'd give my two penneth!Anything contained in food is better than a supplement.If I remember rightly there is a lot of arginine in watermelon and peas..but I could be wrong so check it out on the nutritionaldata website. joelk Posted November 23, 2009 Share Posted November 23, 2009 Almonds have a fair bit of arginine too. I agree with Ruz, wholefoods are the way to go. I've never got much from the "nitric oxide boosters" (in terms of muscle pumps), above what I get when I don't use them (which is most of the time).
