arginine in foods

Uff! Saw no -one had replied so thought I'd give my two penneth!

Anything contained in food is better than a supplement.

If I remember rightly there is a lot of arginine in watermelon and peas..but I could be wrong so check it out on the nutritionaldata website.

Almonds have a fair bit of arginine too. I agree with Ruz, wholefoods are the way to go. I've never got much from the "nitric oxide boosters" (in terms of muscle pumps), above what I get when I don't use them (which is most of the time). So in regards to your question, I personally don't see any noticeable difference.

that is not necessarily true, that is not right for glutamine for example. i don't know for arginine, here my question arises! however, thank you for your information and your answer.
