I second what hsorlando mentioned.

 

A trial bag of vegan foods is a good start too. Enough food for two to three days. Pasta, Flour, Tofu, Soymilk, Oatmeal. Just a few ideas of what to add. Include Roberts new book in the basket too. Call it a Vegan Bodybuilding Basket.
