Triceps from Hot Yoga yesterday

I looked into it and we don't have any Hot Yoga or Bikram Yoga up here. And the sauna at my gym is just way way too small to do anything in.

 

 

Sauna That's too bad. It's really awesome. My balance has improved so much, and the core strength makes itself known at surprising times.

You miss out on a lot of things up here. Hot Yoga, is pale in comparrison to fact I haven't found a decent yoga class anywhere, let alone bikram.

I like the theme of this thread!

 

I've been training a lot lately, like 12 of 15 days, so I'm sore many places! But at the moment chest and shoulder the most. Trained legs tomorrow so expect quads or A$$ as my comment tomorrow or the next day.
