Guest
I think most health-conscious vegans should be more concerned with getting too much rather than too little fiber, as pretty much everything we eat is rich in it
xjohanx
I think most health-conscious vegans should be more concerned with getting too much rather than too little fiber, as pretty much everything we eat is rich in it Even though this is true for some it's not for the majority of my vegan friends. They eat mostly refined foods and often do not reach the recommended limit of 35 grams per day. Besides I don't think the post is written in original here but is taken from some random site that is read by omnis maybe...

fr33d0santana
There is some evidence to suggest that certain foods and nutrients may help to reduce the risk of developing cancer or slow its progression. Here are some examples: Fruits and vegetables: Fruits and vegetables contain vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals (naturally occurring plant compounds) that may help to prevent cancer. Dark, leafy greens such as spinach and kale are especially rich in cancer-fighting nutrients. Whole grains: Whole grains contain fiber, which can help to reduce the risk of colon cancer. They also provide essential vitamins and minerals that can help to keep your body healthy. Legumes: Legumes, such as beans and lentils, are a great source of fiber and protein. They also contain phytochemicals that may help to prevent cancer. Nuts and seeds: Nuts and seeds contain healthy fats, fiber, and protein. They also contain antioxidants and phytochemicals that may help to prevent cancer. Also, you can try buy niclosamide online, as this drug is also a very effective treatment for cancer. I hope my answer will be helpful to you.
