Btw, I have been checking in here was just busy before the last day or 2. I really have nothing to offer on your clean form because everytime I tried them I sucked at them! I really think it's the kind of exercise you need to get coached on. Workouts are looking good. Have you been or thought about icing your back? That's been a while it's been stiff. If you're gonna keep cleaning and squatting and attempting deads you need to do something inbetween to speed recovery. Maybe some dynamic stretches. But I only have one shirt like that. today was upper body split day. incline bench.95 x 8135 x 6 155 x 3145 x 4, 4, 4155 x 2, 2, 2, 1 dumbell bench45 x 665 x 6, 360 x 6, 6 wide grip chinssets of 4, 4, 4, 3, 3 Upright Rows100lbs 5 sets of 10. the last rep of the 4th set and the last 2 reps of the 5th set had a few seconds rest/pause between them. dipssets of 8, 6, 7, 6, 7 more stupid 75lb dumbell shrugsSSOOOOO BORING!2 sets of 50 and a set of 20 making sure to hold the contraction at the top for 3 seconds each. Then I went and hung on the pull up bar and did 2 sets of 5 each knee raises and oblique crunches with a 25lb dumbell between feets. think that's all.
