chewybaws
Is soy protein isolate worse for your health than brown rice/hemp/pea? I'm meaning the stuff we actually do know about it, not the controversy. I ordered some brown rice protein yesterday, was the same price as soy on the site I ordered from. I just got it for variety since I already have about a litre of soy milk a day, and tofu sometimes.
