Daywalker Posted December 7, 2006 Share Posted December 7, 2006 Hi lelle. I think your lack of progress (i just scanned your log for bench press) is because you don't work out enough. It seems you only do 2 sets of bench press per week or even less often (Same for all other muscle groups). That is not enough! lelle Posted December 7, 2006 Author Share Posted December 7, 2006 hey thanksright, I should work out more often. do you think working out with one day rest in between is sufficient? that would be four times a week, or should I also change my workout? the problem with increased reps is that I would have to lower the weights, but maybe it would be worth the sacrifice and I'd gain strength faster.
