JLat86
For someone weightlifting on a regular basis and trying to pack on some muscle, what size slices of my total daily calorie intake should be protein, carbohydrate, and fat? (%)
Fallen_Horse
There's no quick and easy answer. For bulking I would say 20p/50c/30f, but that's just me...
xjohanx
Make sure you get enough protein. Aim for at least 2 gram per kg bodyweight, how much of your calories that is isn't possible for anyone of us to know since we don't know how many calories you burn and how many calories above your maintenance you're going to eat. Energy% is useful for a lot of things but when we're talking about protein the amount is much more crucial. There are some benefits of keeping fat around 0,5-1 gram per kg bodyweight for hormone levels and there are benefits of keeping carbs fairly high for recovery and energy but I doubt you need to concern with those things. Just eat foods that are healthy, tasty and that you really enjoy.
