robert
Any thoughts on this? For me...probably Chest at the moment, but Back and Legs have also been past favorites. Edited January 22, 2006 by robert
jonathan
i think that training my muscle groups is a falacy. its more effective to train by movement.
willpeavy
You need an option for "Everything"! Since I had to pick one though, I chose arms

Bigbwii
Man! That's a tough one! I love training my triceps but I love traing my chest too ....I'll go for chest!
Jay
I've always just divided things into pressing/pushing, upper body pulling, and leg stuff. I like upper body pulling best, don't have to worry about dropping weights on me from pressing or hurting my lower back from leg stuff.
VeganEssentials
I chose legs, but I think for me there would need to be an "everything except chest" section to make it completely suited to my feelings
aurovon
I really like to train my shoulders for some odd reason.

Odidnetne
Arms has become a favorite of mine, though legs has always been a favorite too. (minus squats)
Aaron
Bravo indeed : ) I voted chest but I could easily say any of them. If I had a good abs partner to do some work with a medicine ball that might be it.

kollision
Funny that you mentioned that lisa_pe. I remember the first time that I worked out legs with weights at the gym and that happened to me. Was freaky as I had no control when I was going down the stairs. Don't know how you like it though. I guess to each has his/her own taste. For me, it's gotta be the arms.
Tarz
Was freaky as I had no control when I was going down the stairs. So who/what was in control of your legs if you weren't?
kollision
On a serious note, good question. I never really had that pass through my mind as to the scientific reasons as why it happens besides the obvious. Back on topic, I still till this day have no idea who
