Hello everyone just thought i'd drop in and introduce myself. I've been vegan for around a month now and am loving it. Been into weights for a while although i only just joined a gym which is pretty good. Am struggling with nutrition though and was wondering if anyone could help. I currently weigh 180 pounds (not very lean) and am working out over a five day split. If anyone could point me towards a decent meal plan it would be much appreciated.
