Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here. I'm a 25 year old fitness nut. I've just made the leap to a vegetarian diet in February of this year and still have a ton to learn, looking forward to learning and participating here.

good morning! my name is Jasmine and I have been a vegan for 1 1/2 years. I had been running since then, yet now I am needing to prepare for basic training and need another type of schedule that will entail core, swim, running, and biking. I also purchased Mr. Cheeke new book "Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness", and has had it for about two weeks. I am partially unemployed and a displaced family during the turmoil of enlisting into the reserves. So I have pretty much a huge amount of time on my hands!
