What multivitamin would you guys recommend me?There are so many choices to choose from. I read on this forum that I as a Vegan should take B-12 (or something like that).Once again what type would you guys recommend?Any particular brand? Other than multivitamins and B-12 would you recommend me any other supplement? Marcina Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 I would recommend a multivitamin that contains at least 10mcg of B12.There are lots of vegan vitamins to choose from, but they can be a bit pricy. Just keep an eye out for things like gelatin and vitamin D3.There's even liquid vitamins if you don't wanna swallow a big horse pill. I go shopping at the local health store for supplements.
