Yummm One can Kidney Beans, drained (or most any other bean, probably not chickpeas though)About a cup of unsalted cashews (I mix almonds in if I'm running low, your choice really)Half to a whole small can of enchilada sauce Add the nuts to your food processor or blender, blend until evenly ground.
