Can u share your meals log? amazing progress. hi, thanks!i actually eat high carb low fat... not real fruity 811 diet but i eat lots of fruit that is for sure!typical meals are like 10 bananas, or 1,5 kg potato, or 500 g hummus, lots of bread, etc...
