Hi! 6 months vegan and I love training!

Thank you for the warm welcome! I do not compete. My diet consists of mostly fruits, followed by greens and then steamed potatos/squash/broccoli. Also some grains, mostly quinoa and then I eat a very small amount of fat in the form of chia, tahini, almonds, avocados.

I am planning to post some pictures and start an online food log soon! =)
