jbrickzin Posted September 17, 2010 Share Posted September 17, 2010 37 year old from Minnesota Been a Vegetarian for almost a year now (January after i watched Food, Inc.), I came on this site for inspiration and hold for accountability for myself..Another reason was last summer i weighed 250 and in January i decided enough was enough and started exercising and being a vegetarian.by May I managed to get down to 174.I have been slackin a bit since and i am back up to 188..I am hoping coming here will help me get my ass back into gear.
