Hi everybody.

I have a few questions and you are the right person from whom I can get a reliable answer.

Here I go:

1. Is Miconized Creatine Powder (Optimum Nutrition) Vegan Friendly?

2. If not, which ones are?

3. Do you know some websites for reference on the above matter.

4. Is superjoint vegan friendly (I am referring especially to the source of CHONDROITIN)

At one time, all of Optimum's creatine powders were vegan, probably still are, but you'll definitely want to check to be sure in case they've changed their animal testing policies. Also, they like to use sucralose (Splenda) for their sweetener in many products, so if it's a flavored creatine powder by any chance (like their CGT), you'll want to make sure it's sucralose-free as well.

Anything with chondroitin is not vegan. There's never been a vegan chondroitin supplement on the market, nobody has been able to replicate it in a non-shellfish form. Anything with chondroitin is definitely going to contain shellfish by-products, so steer clear of anything containing it.

Hope this helps!

Sorry I missed this thread for a while!

For joint supplements, it's between our two top sellers:

http://store.veganessentials.com/categories.aspx?Keyword=baxyl

and

http://store.veganessentials.com/vegan-glucosamine-with-msm--cmo-by-deva-p1421.aspx

As far as the question about other creatine supplements, here's the two brands we stock normally, both of which I've used and can attest to the quality in comparison with other creatine products I've used in the past:

http://store.veganessentials.com/creatine-plus-buffered-complex-by-nutra-summa-p3199.aspx

and

http://store.veganessentials.com/vegan-creatine-monohydrate-by-now-sports-p1128.aspx

There are definitely options out there, hope this helps!
