Best vitamins for an anemic vegetarian.

The first best thing you can do is to follow the advice of a medical doctor to the letter.


Anemic people are anemic, sometimes, for reasons other than the food they eat and people on web boards are not medical experts. Especially this board, myself included.


Once you are doing that other things you can do are:


1. Cut out dairy products.....they take up room in your diet and they have next to iron.

2. Take Black Strap Molasses. It has tons of iron and tons of calcium

3. Take brewers yeast ( Lewis Labs tastes good ) each serving has about 10mg of iron it, as well as a shitload of b vitmains, hard to get minterals and protein.

4. Eat fruit after each meal. It helps absorb the iron in vegan foods
