Hi from Canada! I have been vegan for about 25+ years. I am 49 and have been exercising but I really don't know what I'm doing . I do want to learn how to do an effective workout and I would sure appreciate any help. I care for my elderly mother in our home and time sometimes is difficult to find but I am determined. Hope to hear from you. Thanks.

Welcome aboard! Hang out on the forums & read some of the training logs to get a feel for what others are doing. Each person has a different story, works out in a different manner.

 

What are your goals? Lose weight/tone? Body-build? Endurance?
