matthew_82 Posted January 2, 2011 Share Posted January 2, 2011 Hi, I'm Matthew. I've been reading the forums for a few days and thought I better introduce myself. I became vegetarian when I was 14 (i'm 28 now) and have just recently gone vegan. My diet up until now has been quite unhealthy- lots of cheese, pizza, chocolate. I am happy to be vegan at the moment but slowly want to introduce raw foods. I have started eating more green vegetables, fruit, oats, beans, seeds, nuts and sprouts. I am not taking any protein powders but am considering Sunwarrior protein because I don't want to consume too much soya. I am taking spirulina which is giving me a lot of energy. I have just started lifting and bought some 8kg dumbells, which are fine at the moment but i intend to join a gym soon. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
