Vgnyr1 Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 So I'm kind of new to the vegan lifestlye. I've dabbled in vegetarianism over the years and have decided to get serous. I am also getting married in December and want to get back into shape. (I was once and then i gained almost 60lbs.) Any advice for a newb that needs to get fit and lean permanantly? Many people on the web don't know what they are talking about and following their well meaning advice can hurt you or at least make you feel like quitting veganism.
