Vgnyr1 Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 So I'm kind of new to the vegan lifestlye. I've dabbled in vegetarianism over the years and have decided to get serous. I am also getting married in December and want to get back into shape. (I was once and then i gained almost 60lbs.) Any advice for a newb that needs to get fit and lean permanantly?
