I just turned 63 last November. I have been active all my life. I have not worked out as hard for the last 4 years. My goal is to see how much muscle mass I can regain and keep in my golden years. I have been vegan for about 4 years now and am interested in the right combination to pack on a few pounds of muscle. Was a certified personal trainer for 15 years thru ACE until last year. I decide I needed to train myself more than other at this time in my life. Looking forward to getting valuable info from this site!
