Favorite Program

Bill Starr's 5x5 for right when I was starting out, Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 currently...It seems like there's a lot of similar programs to those out there. I hear Wendler came out with a 5/3/1 for powerlifters, or more advanced lifters, but basically it's just switching the 5 week with the 3 week so you have a mini deload in the middle.

What is your favorite program you've been through? So far mine in New Rules Of Lifting.



I recently bought New Rules of Lifting for Women and it's super! I think the work outs are really well designed and I needed to shake things up! I was happy to hear you like it, too!!


What has it done for you specifically??
