Hello world!

Hi everyone,

I'm glad I found you. I'm a total noob when it comes to sports, even though I'm 22, haha. I was doing some running, played tennis few years back, etc. But now I feel is the right time to do something more. I've been vegan for 5 yrs so far, and that's the best thing I've done in my life! But to be a better example I feel like doing some training. I was looking around and have found some interesting resources already! The only problem I have is to keep it "equipment free" due to my travels and moving from place to place. Glad to be here guys!

Plenty of ways to keep it equipment free. Bands are ideal for resistance in addition to regular bodyweight exercises like crunches, pushups, squats and modifications of these to make them more challenging.
