Hello From Sydney

Hi Everyone


My name is Michael and I am the voluntary Secretary of the New South Wales Vegan Society. I own a copy of Robert's book and share it at our public events. People over here are really interested in it.


I have a personal trainer and do full body weights and cardio sessions usually 2-3 times a week. I use hemp (when available) and pea protein supplements.


I turn 50 this year and am mainly into working out to maintain the best fitness possible and create a positive image for animal advocacy.


Looking forward to absorbing the knowledge that is clearly evident on here.
