stcalico
Are their any sites that have lactose and gluten free products. All vegan recipes should be lactose free. You many not be able to replace gluten products in a recipe easily but there are some websites that can help with that like this one

papaholmz
Posted this in response to another thread, figured I'd add it here too. http://www.proteinpow.com The website is all about using protein powder in different ways. Lots of good ideas. Some of the stuff has too much sugar and fat in it, but a lot of the stuff is really good, like the cake sandwiches that have beets and spinach in them along with cashew butter. The author is not a vegan, but there are plenty of options that are dairy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free. Cheers,John

MexicanJake
I would like to know if anyone can now recommend me a good recipe book where I can find healthy and tasty recipes for myself. It is very important for me that they are not difficult because I am not very good at cooking.
TylerDerdon
I have been a vegetarian for several years now, so during this time I have tried a large number of different dishes that do not include meat. But I think that one of the best cuisines for vegetarians is amish cooking. After all, this is one of the few cuisines that practically does not include meat. For vegetarians like me, this will be a big plus, so I advise you to take a look at https://learn-it-fast.com/traditional-amish-recipes/. I am sure that here you can find the best vegetarian recipes for yourself.
