Help a vegetarian going vegan get enough protein!

Hello everyone!

 

I am a female (aspiring) bber; I have been training seriously for about a year and a half and don't plan on doing my first contest for another year and a half to two years at a minimum.

 

For my weight and training intensity I need to consume about 110-120g of protein per day.

 

Right now I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, so I've been getting my protein from cottage & ricotta cheese, eggs, egg whites, and whey protein. I do want to start cutting those out though and moving towards a vegan diet...but I don't know where to get protein. Here's the thing: I don't do well with soy. Like at all. What are some good sources of protein for me?

Holy shit. I'm looking at it's wiki page and it even has b-vitamins in it.

 

Yes, pistachio is great. But here where I live pistachio is really expencive, and pepitas are all over the place, very cheap. And they still have better amino acid score: 136 (pistachio has 110) - not that it really matters much, but if pepitas are cheap, I choose them!
