Ryofire
http://stronglifts.com/10-ways-to-get-stronger-at-pull-ups-fast/ I just want to share this with everyone. I was going to use this to enhance my Pull Ups/Chin Ups. I'm tired of using the assisted one and not seeing any results from it.
chewybaws
My mate had a lot of success with negatives (no other step-up really gets the balance/grip down like these do because you're handling your full bodyweight). When he started he couldn't do a single chin, now he can do at least 2x5 from a dead hang. To make the transition from negatives to full chins easier we got him to do a negative for the first rep so he effectively got a bounce out of the bottom for his first full rep (this is much better than attempting from a dead stop to start with). On top of this he lost A LOT of weight which always helps haha.
tebriel
Negatives are how I learned, they're great, before I could do pull-ups I would just do negatives until failure.
