jungleinthefrunk
I want to add these to my routine. My days are divided into Back, Chest, Shoulders, Legs, and Arms. What day should I do farmers walks on? Back, legs? What's a good weight to start at, I'm a female who deadlifts 145-165...Thanks!
medman
My only advice would be to put it somewhere after, rather than before, the day you do your deadlifts. I'd want to make sure my grip wasn't tired before deadlift day started! Maybe others might have more recommendations.
jungleinthefrunk
So maybe today at the end of back day?
VeganEssentials
Like Medman said, at the end is best, and you can pretty well throw them in any day you feel up to it (wouldn't recommend doing them more than 2x/week, though, if you're doing them heavy or for long endurance walks). A great finisher, but of course, in strongman competition, they usually end up putting it as one of the first events, even if guys are carrying 350+ lbs. per hand!
